Welcome to the home of Lancashire’s Oldest Youth Charity, supporting children and young people from age 5 to adulthood by creating a safe, fun, friendly atmosphere were we can learn, develop and grow together. please feel free to come along and join us or if you would prefer to have a private guided tour just give us a call and one of our friendly staff with gladly help you.

We are the only Youth Charity that supports organisations like the NHS for greater mental well-being for young people in the Burnley area and with over 380 members and still growing we must be doing something right! Why not help volunteer or fundraise to help us today?

We have open sessions for age 5-19 years on Tuesday's y and Fridays from 7pm - 9pm and Wednesday and Thursdays 5pm - 7pm offering a full range of sporting activities and training including football, dodge-ball, basketball, tennis, badminton, table tennis, table football, pool, archery, cricket and spinning, we also offer art sessions, dance and drama sessions and have our chill out zone for seniors to be all chilled out!

All our work is youth led by our ambassadors who are all members of different ages and help facilitate between youth workers and members on how, where, why and when the club should be run.

The organisation celebrated 120 years in October 2019 and has gone from strength to strength the work that we do in the open sessions in only the tip of the iceberg and the support we offer all the members is what makes BBGC unique and why our members stay with us for years!

Art therapy is a great way to engage and empower our young people but as you can imagine we go through so much paper, pens, pencils and sticky back plastic. Donation always welcome or why not have a fundraiser with a colouring competition at your place of work?
